I’m a B.Com graduate from the University of Calicut with a strong passion for video editing, freelance creative work, content creation, storytelling, and digital media. My journey combines an academic background in commerce with a growing creative career in the digital world.
While my degree has given me a foundation in business, management, finance, communication, and analytical thinking, my passion lies in the creative side of the digital industry. I enjoy working with visual content, experimenting with ideas, and transforming simple concepts into engaging stories.
For me, creativity is more than just creating something visually attractive. It is about understanding an idea, finding the right way to communicate it, and creating content that connects with people.
My Journey
My educational journey began with an interest in commerce and business, which led me to pursue my Bachelor of Commerce from Calicut University. During my academic journey, I developed an understanding of how businesses work, how people communicate, and how ideas can be presented effectively.
At the same time, I discovered a strong interest in the world of digital content and video editing.
As digital platforms became an increasingly important part of communication, I became fascinated by how videos, visuals, music, typography, and storytelling can come together to create powerful content.
This interest encouraged me to develop my skills in video editing and content creation and eventually explore opportunities as a freelance video editor.
Today, I’m continuing to develop myself as a creative professional while building experience through personal projects, freelance work, and continuous learning.
Video Editing
Video editing is one of my strongest creative interests.
I enjoy taking raw footage and turning it into a structured and engaging piece of content. From selecting the right clips to creating a smooth flow, adding transitions, working with audio, and improving the overall visual experience, I enjoy every stage of the editing process.
I’m particularly interested in creating content for social media, YouTube, personal brands, businesses, creators, promotional content, and other digital platforms.
I believe that effective editing should serve a purpose. Every cut, transition, sound, and visual element should contribute to the story rather than simply making the video look complicated.
My goal is to create videos that are:
- Engaging

- Suitable for the platform
- Consistent with the creator or brand’s identity
Freelance Creative Work
Working as a freelancer has helped me understand the importance of communication, responsibility, deadlines, creativity, and adaptability.
Freelance work is not simply about completing an editing task. It involves understanding what a client wants, interpreting their ideas, making creative decisions, accepting feedback, and delivering the final project professionally.
Every project brings a different requirement and a different creative challenge. That variety motivates me to keep learning and improving.
I enjoy working with people who have ideas they want to bring to life, whether it is a creator building their social media presence, a business promoting its services, or an individual looking for professional video content.
Content Creation
I’m also passionate about content creation and the way digital content influences modern communication.
Today, people consume information through short videos, reels, YouTube videos, social media posts, visual stories, and other digital formats. Creating successful content requires more than technical skills—it requires an understanding of attention, and communication.
